Adam's LEGO cupcakes for his 9th birthday!
I sat down one night and made a ton of little legos out of fondant, which too a long time, not surprisingly, but they turned out really cute!
And I also made the mistake of making IMBC instead of American buttercream to go on top of the cupcakes. Because even though I like the Italian buttercream better, and most people I know like it better, 9 year olds do not.However, the green/red/yellow/blue swirls were a nice touch, right?
And here is the finished product!
